Jelena Mandić
Senior Product Designer
mandich.jelena@gmail.com
I turn messy operational problems into systems that actually work.
I specialize in complex B2B platforms where the “obvious” solution usually isn’t. Enterprise tools, mobile apps, SDKs. I run user research, map out flows, design the UI, and build component libraries.
Currently Product Designer at a Swiss learning platform (3 years, remote). Previously at Netguru and Bornfight.
⚡ What AI learned about me after too many conversations ⚡
→ Most dangerous rabbit hole: Icons. Hours disappear.
→ Design hill I’ll die on: Hierarchy, spacing and good typography are everything.
→ First question in every meeting: “How are you?” (Be human first.)
→ Pre-project ritual: Talk to people in the industry before touching pixels
→ Secret weapon: Spreadsheets. I organize my entire life in Trello because I started using it as a student organizer and never left.
→ Fuel source: Not coffee. Just sweets. Deadlines don’t need caffeine, they need sugar.
→ Hobby that surprises people: CrossFit, 3D printing, sewing, fashion, gadgets. I like making things — on screen and off.
→ What developers wish I’d do: Remember to design all the states. (Working on it.)
→ What I always say: “Give me the problem and we’ll think of the solution together.”
